need advice

Could you guys PLEASE give me some advice on what I should do? I ordered some "stuff" 6 and 1/2 weeks ago. So far, I've gotten 3 different dates when I was promised delivery. After the 3rd time, I wrote the source and said if my stuff is not delivered on Tues. then I will post you as a scammer. He wrote me back and said that if I did that, no one would believe me and people would call ME a liar, and then he "WOULD" send the package and I'd better take a good look around because "you never know who's watching you." The next email was an apology and said the package is set for delivery on Wednesday. Yesterday came and went with no delivery. I've written 2 mods, with the 1st one saying he didn't have time, and the 2nd one never wrote me back. Should I post this guy as a scammer? Please, please give me some advice. Thanks guys.

Queef, I dont know who you delt with but these matters have to be dealt with in a safe secure manner. I dont know if we should talk about this in the open, send me an email tell me the deal and I will see what I can do. These matters only hot up all of our spots. And word to the wise, I would wait up to 2 months before screaming scammer. If i was a dealer and you called me a scammer and I read it on a board, guess who is deffintely not getting their package. These days dealers can selective scam and pick and choose who the deal with. It is a sellers market always has always will be just be pateint, and take this as a lesson. Everyone is shady these days, and time are tough
