Take in 2 protein shakes a day(muscle milk) as well as to protein bars(alsomuscle milk, taste great if you havent tried them yet!) eat 6 eggs for breakfast package of tuna for lunch have chicken or steak for dinner. Aside from pretein i also take amino acid 1800, dhea 50mg and nos blast preworkout. would like to get my hands on gear but its easier to buy crack then juice in town! im 6'2 220 and need to cut 15 pounds of fat and try to put it back on in muscle. Any advice you guys can throw at me would be appreciated
