alright guys here comes your challenge of the day. 26 and workout 5 days a week. Take in 2 protein shakes a day(muscle milk) as well as to protein bars(alsomuscle milk, taste great if you havent tried them yet!) eat 6 eggs for breakfast package of tuna for lunch have chicken or steak for dinner. Aside from pretein i also take amino acid 1800, dhea 50mg and nos blast preworkout. would like to get my hands on gear but its easier to buy crack then juice in town! im 6'2 220 and need to cut 15 pounds of fat and try to put it back on in muscle. Any advice you guys can throw at me would be appreciated

first board post mentioning drugs is always a bad idea and pretty much throws up a red flag. either your LE or your not aware of the current witch hunt going on. i would delete everything go back read the rules, find a new board name and start over.
 
just to clear the air wasnt askin for a hook up.... but i appreciate the advice... i wouldnt think anyone would start sending shit my way .... like i said was more looking for workout/diet advice.... did sus/master winni and didnt get results i was lookin for .... my crack comment was a joke ... but if i must i will hang my head .. delete myself and start all over again!!!
 
your gonna need to be way more specific about things like diet and workout also. just hang out and read, you will find most of your questions have already been answered a million times already.

do 4-5 exercises 8-10 reps
my diet is where i hurt myself i think ..... i try to take in atleast 300 protein a day and low carbs .. but some tell me high carbs durin bulk low/no carb during cut. Try to take otc supplements like amino and creatine, because like i read i was one that thought i could inject a muscle .... didnt workout that way .... now im lookin to do dirt but want to make sure im doin it right and takin what i should and not taking anything i shouldnt ya know

sounds like a reasonable split... really, if you want to pick up knowledge/advice, just run board searches.

only thing i would do different based on what you posted is train tris and bis together (it has worked good for me and others), and train shoulders and legs separately. you'd keep 5 workouts but it would make more sense imo, since training hams + quads + calves in one workout is a lot and is very tiring.

oh i also dont think cardio pre-workout is a good idea. the 'accepted norm' so to speak is to do it post-workout or in the morning. I do mine in the morning mainly on days I dont lift.

Personally I wouldn't do shoulders and legs in the same workout or even the same day for that matter. They are both larger muscle groups and there is no way, in my opinion, you can EFFECTIVELY hit both of them this way!
 
Why are you doing legs and shoulders together when all your other workouts are single body part work outs? It doesn't make sense to me. I think your diet sucks. Where is the rest of your food? I didn't see any veggies in there. A lot of people think that protein is the key to being the biggest guy in the gym. Eat 800grams/day and that's it, it just isn't true. You need carbs and fat. Eat veggies, they are good for you and drop the muscle milk. Especially the bars, they are garbage. Get a higher quality protein, like the protein from SynthePURE

1st why in the world are you doing cardio pre workout. stop it.

2nd what good do you actually think that amount of time is gonna do to burn fat calories, just wears you out for your workout.

3rd that is a horrible workout split of muscle groupings, scrap it

4th protein bars/shakes are going to make you retain water like crazy

5th read several threads in here I think you will see the mistakes your making and correct them

6th if your serious hire a person to develop a plaan for you if what your doing isn't working

Food......

The final answer to your final question.........is food. Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. Eat chicken breasts(more than one possibly), eat more eggs(try like ten whites, and 2 whole), tuna(i eat a minumum of 2 cans in one setting sometimes more), turkey(not the processed deli meat, to much sodium and fat to protein ratio sucks), lowfat, or fatfree cottage cheese, lowfat or fat free yogurt, lots of green vegtables. You can still supplement with shakes, but the majority of your protein is better coming from whole foods. You will be less hungary, and you will absorb the protein better. Also try possibly some Liquid Beef amino's. I picked some up that is like 120 cals with 22 grams of protein per 4 tablespoons. And it has 22,000 grams i think of the different amino acids. Food. It depends what gains your trying to obtain, if your cutting for contest or bulking intelligently. You mentioned protein shakes and bars (plural) if you are relying on synthetic proteins primarily instead of natural protein to make susbtantial gains it won't work. They have their place but not as a bulk of your diet. Food.

I agree, chicken, eggs, tuna, fish, lean lean red meat, turkey. There are times were you need the protein shake but i try to get most of mine thru what i eat. And if you do resort to protein shakes dont mix in a bunch of crap that will add extra and unwanted calories.
