Ok, gentlemen
Need your expertise. I want to do my 1st show in September or October of 2017.
I do workout. Light weight training and cardio. I'm 5'1 128lbs. What is the best way of going about the process?
These is what I do now.
Food wise, I eat clean
Cardio twice a week
Weight training 3 times a week.
Supplements, multi vitamins
I want to be lean and tone. More definition
All you guidance and support will be greatly appreciated.
