Need help w/ Controlling Acne

I just started getting bad acne about 4 weeks ago on my back and shoulders, there is alot and they are big not smalls ones, and they hurt. I have been on test since april with some dbol and anavar on and off. I just stopped dbol 2 weeks ago becuase I thought that is what was giving me acne but its still the same.

Anyone have anything I can try other than accutane? B5, or anythign else

Your going to need something stronger than that. Sounds like an estrogen issue.

Are you acne prone?
Has it been a problem in the past?
What's your diet like?
How much water are you drinking?
How is your liver health?
Are you taking enough EFAs daily?

Those are just a few of things that will make a big difference in your complexion.

After looking at your post it could have to do with liver health or efas. Right now i am taking milk thistle, this weekend i will up it alittle and get some efas.

I was thinking about trying an antibiotic because I have some, would anyone reccomend that?
