Hey fellas,
my current split:
D1 chest/bis
D2 Squats/quads
D3 Off
D4 Back/rear delts/Tris
D5 Shoulders/hams
D6 Off
To be honest I haven't done much for calves and abs lately. Here's what I want to change: I want to hit calves, abs, and start doing dead lifts. I just can't figure out where to fit that shit in. I can't do any more on squat days, cause it already kills me. All my other workouts already take about 1.5 hours.. Is it bad to train 5-6 days on and then take just one off??
Any ideas would be MUCH APPRECIATED!
