Can you sit on the edge of a bench and do shrugs from there? Just curious when you train say chest (pressing) do you sit in the machines or lie on a bench or do you use equipment designed for wheelchair users? My gym has a multi station for people in wheelchairs but sure traps would be more awkward. Just adding if you had 2 horizontal bars like gymnasts use you could perform shrugs like that. But it would be difficult to get in position as they would need to be low down. I can't think of any other way.
