need more protien.

guys I need to eat more protien but I just dont know where to get it from I eat so much now. I am on my winter cycle and up to 273lbs in my 5th week. this is my diet

meal 1= 15 egg whites 2 yolks, 1 cup oats, 4 pices of wheat toast
meal 2= (post workout) metrx apm60 mixed with carbo blast
meal 3= (1 hour later) 12oz chicken,1 1/2 cups rice, greens
meal 4= 10oz steak, 1 cup oats, greens
meal 5= 15 eggs
meal 6= 60g protien shack before bed.

cycle:
1-5 50mg dbol ED
1-4 100mg testporp ED
1-15 6ius GH mon-fri
1-12 1g test enathate
1-12 600mg EQ
11-15 100mg winny ED (ip tabs)
11-15 100mg test prop ED
clomid,arimidex,hcg and all the other goodies.
 
A possible suggestion, and I am nowhere near the level of many people here, but maybe having a protein shake along with your meals (in water) would be helpful. And, if you get up to use the head in the middle of the night (like I do, twice), have a pre-mixed glass on/near the sink and just add water; but don't "go" in the glass! :D

Drink more protein drinks (about all you can do :) ). The guy that's been helping me with nutrition said to get some milled flax and put into protein drinks. It's very high in fiber and should help your body absorb the protein rather than just "going through" you. And it high in Omegas! I JUST got it (opened the box about 5 min ago!!) - it's pretty cheap here: **broken link removed**

from what i see, it looks like u take in 438 g a day, how much u going for, besides the extra protein shakes, although expenisve I like beverly mass aminos and ultra 40 with meals, u can add 65 grams of protein to your diet from these a day, pm me if u need a reliable and cost effective means of getting them
 
By my calculations, you're at roughly 460g of protein a day. To be quite honest, I wouldn't think you'd need much more than 500g a day at the max. Just add an extra 60g protein shake sometime in the day. You could also add a little bit of everything else... an extra egg here, an extra 3oz of meat, etc... it will add up if you do it that way.
 
Throw down a protein shake in the middle of the night. Just mix it up and leave in the fridge before going to bed. Then have a big glass of water when you go to bed so that you will need to get up to take a piss after a couple hours. While you're up to piss, down the protein drink.
 
dont be afraid to eat a can of tuna fish throughout your day. a cheap, easy way to get another 35 grams down.
 
maybe you just need somemore cals overall??? why not just add someother foood carbs fats etc.
