guys I need to eat more protien but I just dont know where to get it from I eat so much now. I am on my winter cycle and up to 273lbs in my 5th week. this is my diet
meal 1= 15 egg whites 2 yolks, 1 cup oats, 4 pices of wheat toast
meal 2= (post workout) metrx apm60 mixed with carbo blast
meal 3= (1 hour later) 12oz chicken,1 1/2 cups rice, greens
meal 4= 10oz steak, 1 cup oats, greens
meal 5= 15 eggs
meal 6= 60g protien shack before bed.
cycle:
1-5 50mg dbol ED
1-4 100mg testporp ED
1-15 6ius GH mon-fri
1-12 1g test enathate
1-12 600mg EQ
11-15 100mg winny ED (ip tabs)
11-15 100mg test prop ED
clomid,arimidex,hcg and all the other goodies.
