Need serious help with GF diagnoses. Pelvis/Uterus pains...severe...

I know this is once again a long shot, but you guys have always helped me whenever nobody else knew what was going on, and that includes specialists.

She has been having these pains for years now. They went away for a over a year and just came back tonight. I didnt know what to do, as she was in a ton of pain and didnt want me to touch or move her, and said she feels like she is going to pass out from pain. She was holding her pelvic/uterus region and said the pain was there, almost like a cramping. She said she was really hot at first (Hot Flashes), and was sweating...but suprisingly her "hot zones"(crotch,arm pits, back of neck, forehead) were all cold. Then she got really cold and was still sweating. Ok lil personal....but it happened in the middle of sex (first time this has happened while she was with me)...but she said it happened in her past and was always during sex. It starts as a mild pain, but she said she knows its coming when she feels that and it hits her hard. The pain is almost too much to bare for her and she was crying and couldnt take it at all. I got her some Motrin and about 20min later it started to go away......

She had been to the doctor in the past and had an ultrasound...where they found a small cyst on her ovary (which the doctor said should not cause this kind of pain). After a while her next ultrasound showed that the cyst had gone away, as the doctor suggested sometimes happens. Now we had an ultrasound about 6 months ago due to pain she was having during sex (not pain like this one, she gets sore REALLY easily so we went to the doc to figure out why)...and the ultrasound came back showing NOTHING...so we are pretty sure theres nothing there.

Dont know what to do at this point and have no idea who to ask. She had gone to specialists in the past for this, got the ultrasound and everything....and never diagnosed what was wrong. Now its back and i cant stand to see her in this kind of pain. Hopefully....somebody on here can help........

Bro I would definitely take her to the Dr for some tests if this continues. This could be anything from an autoimmune disorder to endometriosis to pelvic inflammatory disease...its virtually impossible to tell without a physical exam-lab tests, etc. By the way in case your wondering I do work in the medical field (almost done with my doctorate).

Take her to the doc. My wife just had the same systems and it end up being an bacteria infection in the uterus. Not saying thats what she has, but she need sto get checked out.

same thing with my wife, before my children were born she would get bad pains after or during sex, but now after my two kids, she takes a licking and keeps on ticking (ok you get the idea). take her ass to as many doctors as you need to till you get an answer phil!

Yes, I've heard of this before. Please bring her to the hospital because it could be anything at this point. Take care of her bro and please let us know that she's ok.

I would be willing to bet it is endometriosis as many have already said. Find an excellent gynecologist and they should be able to diagnose and successfully treat it. Also, have her start to monitor at what days in her menstrual cycle she has the pains; you will most likely see a pattern.

sounds very similar to what my partenr had.
Acute pelvic inflamatory disease. need to go to doctors as it can require hospitalisation.

Like they said, take her to another doc. Push for an MRI or CT scan of the area.

yeah my ex girlfriend had this to. Same symptoms and everything. It may or not be the case with yours but i would get it checked out by a doc.

TP4U, does she have any history of dental or teeth problems? The pelvis and neck/jaw area oppose each other neurologically so a problem in one area will affect the other. You can PM if you have any specific problems.

this same thing happened to my gf during sex...i took her to the emergency room and was told that she had a cyst on her ovary and it had burst during sex...she was fine the next day
