Hey,

I'm now in cuttingfase, weighting 190 pounds...

I have to change my regular diet because my body can't
keep up anymore.

I have a major digestproblem with protienshakes and milk.
I think i can't handle lactose...

The max. shake i can drink a day is one, otherwise i get fucked up and sit all the day on the toilet.

I tried different brands, but i can't digest anything.

My mother has also digestproblems, so it's in the family... :mad:

If it's possible, can you guys write down a complet dietprogram for a day with enough protien, and low carbs and calories...

I know i ask much, but hey... it's nice i can hear some advice from

hey bro......if YOU write out what your typical daily diet/meals look like and also tell us a little about what your goals/experience is.....then maybe we can tweek your diet to help you out.......just not a whole lot of info here for us to help you......peace and stay safe....ss.

I thought you all would need more info...

I'm 20 years old, i have training very serious for 3 years.
I have a few cycles under my belt, it was 500 test/400mg deca for 12 weeks.
The first for weeks i used some dianabol at 40mg a day.

My weight is now 190 pounds.

A month ago i ended bulkingfase, so now i'm in dietfase.

What i normally eat in cutting fase is:


* 8u: 1 cup outmeal, 1 shake


* 10: a form of cheese, i'm not american, i don't know the word in
english, it's liquid cheese and it's white.

i eat 500g of that "cheese" and it has 55g protien in it.

* 12: 3 potatoes, veggies, some meat

*15u: 1 can of tuna, 100 g ruist, a half tomato

15u: 30 workout

16u: 30 post workout: 1 banana, 1 glas of orange juice
(fast sugars)

* 17u: 1 shake, 2 slices of dark bread,


* 19u: 1 can of tuna, 100 g rice, a half tomato


* 21u: 1 shake



So the problem is that i can't digest shake's, but i can handle real food.
But like in the morning i can't handle tuna etc...

Is my pre and postworkout good?

Am i eating to right calories and carbs for cutting, not to much?


I train with weights 4 times a week, and cardio 30 a day.


My cuttingfase is not going to way i want, it goes very slowly...


Need some adice,
All help is welcome.

go to the articles section... big a, posted a very nice laid out diet that all you need to do is stick to it and follow it to a tee.

it looks as though maybe your carbs are a little high,,, for dieting,, IMO.

1 cup oatmeal -60g
3 potatose- roughly 100g or more.
ruist-100g
banana + OJ-60g
2 slices bread-50g
rice- 100g

thats roughly 450grams of carbs per day, might be a little high, personally i fine maybe 100g or so perday i really feel myself dropping BF, just keep fat alittle higher.


BTW, 450g of carbs is 1800cals..
