ok so since ive started training hard again, ive been cramping like a mad motherfucker lately, i take 6 potassium tabs a day to try to prevent this, which it does to a certain extent. i also try a cal mag d supp to get calcium to act as a lactic acid buffer, to ultimately stop the cramps
today i did weighted crunches for 3 one min sets, and now it feels like im getting stabbed if i sit/stand anything but totallu upright.
PLEASE HELP lol
i feel like a noob for asking this but it happens every day with every bodypart i train anymore.
