Those of you that incorporate negatives in your training how do YOU do it?
Do you do full negative workouts?
or maybe just a couple to end the set?
How often do YOU do these?
i usually just get a spot to help me with a couple negatives at the end of a set, and every once in a while i'll do a whole set of negatives. you gotta try it and see what works for you
i don't incorporate full negative workouts into it, but since i went to using a true 4 second negative on all my reps i have found that my growth has been better.
