Nerve repair/re-innervation

That's odd that they got smaller if your motor skills are unaffected. I've been doing these...not sure if they would help in your case because it sounds like yours initiates in the cns

Dude, at this point, I'll tty anything!
I'm doing lots of decompression work and have eliminated exercises that load spinal compression to hopefully give the tibial nerve a chance to get the signaling through.

You likely won't ever touch orals again, but still interesting.

It’s an interesting read for sure but behind test for trt anavar is prescribed more (I’m betting” than any other anabolic for kids, to burn patients hell it’s even part of many hiv treatment programs. With that much legal drug out there if this was common especially since anavar is for prepubescent kids I think we would hear a lot more of it.

heard back from my surgeon's underling.

he said that it's very possible that the nerves can regenerate on their own, but this process is not guaranteed. he is looking through his rolodex for any medical/surgical expert who can be of assistance

in the meantime, i am using a lot of substances that increate GH and IGF-1 (gh, mk677, insulin, etc.)

these seem to show lots of promise in a multitude of different ways

Doctor's told me the same essentially. Going to PT they beat up my calf and ankle pretty bad, stuck needles in it and sent electric pulse in the tissue yesterday

My stack
Magnesium
Lions mane
Var .. switching to npp
R ala
MSM
C
Added to diet strawberry, avocado, more fish oil
Was taking b complex but after researching dumping all b vitamins and supplements that have them

Seems like maybe a 10 percent improvement so far

The peptide ARA 290 is touted as having Herve regeneration properties but I haven’t heard anyone in real life reporting on it

Apparently cialis and other pde5 inhibitors are very good

Imma order the r ala. Sorry confused on how you worded the last sentence, they are not diabetic correct?
Remember its Na-R-ala that is superior....not just r-ala.

Just checked mine looks like I got lucky and ordered the right type. Although to be honest I'm guessing the reason it's recommended for neuropathy is because it can be helpful for diabetes which isn't my underlying case as my a1c is super low below reference range. Can't hurt though I guess

I'm about to start a run of it to hopefully fix nerve damage from an L4-L5 herniation. Unfortunately, it's probably been far too long for it to help. Still, I'm interested in trying.

Nice I would be very interested in some real world experience of it. Good luck.

I’ll record and share what I learn and can discern. Granted, because of the length of time that’s passed, I’m not terribly confident it will yield great results. But I definitely would like to try. It’s definitely something I wish was around when the herniation occurred.

What are some of the protocols you’ve read about using it? Generally what I’ve read is working up to 4 mg per day for an extended period of time.

Apparently melatonin also has benefits for peripheral nerve regeneration

I was just about to bring this up. I’ve never heard of any real life usage but some of the data points toward regeneration.

I had neck surgery last year, took a disc out from the front of my throat. This Aug 8 will be a year and my left arm and chest still have nerve damage but its getting better SLOWLY. My Dr told me to take B6 which can help but its not like some miracle that will make it heal in a day and keep working out pushing it.
Nerve damage sucks because some nerves will not grow back and there is nothing you can do. Very fustrating but super glad I just keep pushing.

After my back surgery in 2018, my entire right leg wouldn't get a pump for about 2 years. Until I started using the neufit machine.... it came back FAST, in about 4 months.....and my legs exploded back to what they once were. I have had zero issues with it since...the only thing I have now is part of my foot and shin is numb, but it works to my favor with kicking and getting kicked lol
