The gym's name is Iron-Warehouse no tv's for the cardio and no air conditioners.
My best on the incline dumbbell press is 150's for 8 reps but i had to have them positioned and helped up to the top to do it.
I might try them out in a couple of weeks using them as my first exercise.
I know 10 years ago when i benched 525 raw in the 220lb class and 605 with a single ply shirt.I feel 4-6 reps would be awesome but then again a torn pec could be a result at 45 years of age.
I have a pair of the hooks so maybe he might let me use elbow sleeves?
