I have not updates this thread for a while...long story short i got injured 3 months ago adductor tear and even tear some fibers on lower abdomen. It was very bad but i did not have to do a surgery,for like 40 days i could not even do many upper body exercises.

Well now i am back and It's time to grow and improve

Actually during free weight squats...but i had some adductor pain for a few weeks, nothing bad so i did not work adductor machine.
And all of the sudden while i was squating it pop,sound was horrible and looked really bad. Hour after i could barely move,so much pain

You're you didn't rip a groin muscle? I did a very long time ago and it was excruciating.

Probably because 5iu has already given him one of the top physiques on this board, people taking triple his amount couldn't stand next to him on stage and he still has a high ceiling for improvement in the future if he wants it.

Yes 5iu for me is more then enough, actually i am still on 3iu and have great results with it.

Must say i love pharmaqo TB-500 at 2mg per week,my body feels great... usually i know to have sometimes lower back isssue or my right shoulder can hurt due to tendonitis but now i have zero isssue...healing level is like Deadpool

Hells yeah! Sounds good to me ! I like that TB500 works throughout the whole body for inflammation. Idk much about it but that is one reason I use nandrolone during my hrt/gh program is to cut down on joint pain and quicker recovery. I’ll read up because I’m sore AF! appreciate it

Try it bro, It's worth it...i am more then happy how much it helped me. Even after very hard back day or squats my lower back feels great the next day
