I don’t mix carb sources except for intra workout. And it’s literally tossing in two scoops of powder vs defrosting and cooking two separate types of meat every meal. My literal only carb source besides intra workout is white rice. I don’t see how there can be anything beneficial about eating beef and chicken in the same meal, or at two different meals in the same day

But you’ll still get the same amino acid profile by having both meats at different times of the day. That’s like saying if you’re split eating fruit at one meal and vegetables at another is less healthy than having a little of each at both meals. If the amounts are the same regardless of when your eat then how can it make a difference? Same nutrients, same day
 
As with IA, you don't need them. You are one of the people who don't aromatize much?
Oh sorry brother i forgot to write i do use 0.5mg arimidex EOD. I feel better and make better progress if i keep my estrogen lower
 
I have the same, I feel best on estrogen about 40 even when bulking
Same here...only once i have tried to have higher estrogen like Patrick Tuor reccommends to avoid AI and never again... not for me
 
As for Toura, I have my opinion about him ... In my opinion, some of his recommendations are just strange.
I agree... also most of his athletes never come in dry in shape. Except James

I don't know Patrick's protocols, but from what I can see, it just goes too low with food, especially for super tough players, and doesn't load them hard enough before the show

Where did he say that ? I asked him about estrogen on Instagram has he a offseason limit and he told me 50 is his upper limit for most which I wud t consider that high

who is sitting in the topic knows that often couches say something else in public and recommend something else in reality

apparently patrick is not a fan of insulin and I saw the list of one of his top competitors and I had it for every meal, I do not remember exactly, but between 60-80iu a day
