New Ephedrine Laws

Effective October 1st all locations that sell ephedrine must keep a log of everyone who buys them, customers must fill in the log w/full name & addresse, etc. & the max number of eph one can buy is a total of 439 tabs per month which still comes out to 14-15 tabs A DAY(which is quite a bit) & no more than 2 boxes a day...
