i have been to that site. i am not a member yet but a buddy of mine was showing me dante's (i think that is how you spell it) workout regimen. its sick! anyway, great board over there as well. hope to a member soon

i will double check

my buddy is doing the training program and i am not a member so i will ask him what site it is. the dogg pound sticks out in my mind though.
