strating stats 22y/o
230 pounds around 15% bf
goal- be around 6-8% bf for summer
guessing ill need to be around 190-200lbs for that
diet
1. protein shake, bowl of oatmeal with a tablespoon brown sugar
2. 6oz chicken breast (or extra lean gorund turkey) with green beans
3. same as meal 2
4. (pre workout) 6 oz lean meat with sweet potato and some sort of veggie
5. post workout shake
6. 6 oz steak with veggies
7. 500ml liquid egg whites (pasturized)
8. protein shake before bed
so far i have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks im just worried im loosing weight too fast causing me to loose muscle aswell.
