Hello Bros, I just wanted to introduce myself here. I am currently 31 years old. My diet is finaly in check. I lift 5 days a week, and cardio three days a week 45 minutes each done of the mornings before breakfast. I have one real cycle under me where I ran Test E at 500mg a week for ten weeks , and d-bol at 50 mg a day for the first 4 weeks. I was a fool and did no post cycle that time. The only other steroid I have done it a 4 week d-bol only cycle recomended to me by a friend. ( some friend huh ) Those where both close to 4 years ago. Im smarter and wiser now after injuring My back and being down for near two years. I packed on alot of fat during that time and My goal is to shed that then start working on some lean muscle. Im six feet tall , 285 pounds , I would guess high teens bodyfat. PM seems to be a great place to call home, and Im hoping I can do something to help the community here as well as learn from it.
