I threw some babybacks on the table with Mexican corn on the cob for a quick lunch, dinner is gonna be fun.
Wellington, candied pork belly bites, Parmesan acorn squash, Mac and cheese, roasted rosemary potatoes, a giant cheese board (Brie two ways, fromage, French goat cheese, served with several jams), and a charcuterie board with selections of Italian meats and cheeses.
Got a couple packs of non-alcoholic Athletic Brewing to blow through all afternoon while I cook, but we’ve got several whiskeys, cognac, vodka, and champagne on deck for dinner. Gotta let the hair down a bit to wrap up the year.
