Im a 28 year old bodybuilder that is narrowing in on competing in my first competition. Ive recently contacted a personal trainer and will start work with them ASAP on getting me ready.
Any advice for a newcomer going to the stage for the first time?
How did the butterflies get to you your first time?
Im looking forward to participating in the forum as i learn, grow, and get HUDGE!
