nolvadex throughout my cycle

i was talking with one of my buddies recently and he suggested to take nolvadex throughout my cycle and continue for post cycle along with clomid (post-cycle only) i am gonna do 10 week stack, heres what he suggested for nolvadex and clomid

nolvadex 20mg/ED wks 1-12
40mg/ED wks 13-17
clomid 50mg/ED wks 13-17

it just seems totally different from what i have been reading about post-cycle therapy

just a way to keep estrogen under control , too much estrogen ends up upregulating the alpha receptors , also reduces circulating tsh levels . also causes proliferation of preadipocytes , which mature into fat cells , ofcourse , normal amounts or slightly elevated estro levels help increasing igf-1 levels and also upregulate androgen receptors , so a balance is necessary , so a low dose tamoxifen is very ideal .

Id only run nolv (post cycle) if you are doing HCG post cycle too.
The clomid, instead, is much more HPTA sensitive and thats you main objective then. You can chose nolv or clomid/arimidex while on. If you are prone to gyno-do the nolv with cycle.

i might run the arimidex to keep the bloat under control. i'm gonna start a enath/deca/prop/dbol stack in a few months. i dongt think i'm prone to gyno, i dont have a fatty chest or much fat in my bulking phase, always see my abs pretty well. i'll prolly just stick with the basic clomid post cycle therapy, but if i feel the gyyno come on i'll make sure i have the nolvadex on hand.
