Just sitting here with my popcorn waiting to see what happens if/when estrogen increases if you have any sides and how you combat it.

Hopefully 210 mg is a sweet spot for you and you don't run into any issues at all and it's just smooth sailing with good energy, libido and recovery.

yea i dont convert much to estrogen. going of the few cycles i have done. With doing small frequent inj it lowers your conversion to estrogen automatically cause your not pumping 210 mg in one shot. I opted out of the AI cause you dont want your estrogen in the tank either cause that effects libido/growth. we will see....

Alright!! now after 2 weeks being on TRT my whole day is full of energy. I feel like im in my mid 2o's. This is awesome! =)If I had to sum it all up in one word "ENERGY" would be it. Libido is great! I just recently read an article yesterday a 16 week study and 800 is the sweet spot for total body recomp. Fat loss was down 3% and i forgot how much muscle in the study was up. This is at 800 nanograms per deciliter!! Health markers were also better as well!

a month in and feeling great and looking great gonna get labs done again in a couple weeks to see where im at. =)
