I've been working out casually for a few years I'm 19 and just got serious a few months ago, I've lowered bf% increased strength and muscle mass.
I'm in pretty good shape, I've got a 31+ inch vertical run a 6:00 mile but i have some fat tissue build up around my lower pecs.
I've tried everything
pushups everyday, decline press, regular bench press, reducing BF lower and lower
seriously nothing works.
I'm not a complete noob, because i know people just have areas of their body where more fat is stored than it is supposed/normal.
But does anyone have any advice such as unique excersizes or any other form of help?
