Noob pectoral question

I've been working out casually for a few years I'm 19 and just got serious a few months ago, I've lowered bf% increased strength and muscle mass.

I'm in pretty good shape, I've got a 31+ inch vertical run a 6:00 mile but i have some fat tissue build up around my lower pecs.

I've tried everything

pushups everyday, decline press, regular bench press, reducing BF lower and lower

seriously nothing works.

I'm not a complete noob, because i know people just have areas of their body where more fat is stored than it is supposed/normal.

But does anyone have any advice such as unique excersizes or any other form of help?

do you have outstanding lower pec development? you dont have to worry about fat there if all the space is taken up with muscle ;)

i dont think there is any "specific" exercise that will get rid of you lower pec fat, try hitting your diet a little harder. you dont want to over work you pecs, they wont grow....mabye do some more incline, bring those sagging pecs up a notch. lol good luck

Inclin for lower pecs???? do you mean decline?

Nope he meant inclines. I know exactly what he means. You build the upper chest up a bit more to pull the rest of your chest up, thus tightening the skin a bit. Now you could try some wide grip dips to hit them a bit harder. This is with elbows out more. It hits the lower pectoral region pretty good and builds a nice powerful looking upper half.

Bump to this...and on wide grip dips try 8 sets of 8.

I think for most this will be overtraining unless they do no other pec work
 
if my chest looks soft i start doing one maxed out set of pushups evry morning before work----works good and feels good
 
mabye thats your problem, if your doing chest 3 days a week, I dont think you are giving yourself enough rest time. Try doing it once a week, twice max, with at least 3-4 days rest between chest workouts. dont forget to work your back and shoulders too. You dont want to get rounded shoulders bc ur backs weak and your chest is to strong. that just leads to problems.
8x8 might be too much for starters. especially if your doing other exercises.

sample chest workout.
inc db chest press 4x 5
flat dumbbell press 3x 8-12
cable flys 3 x 40

I wasnt really lifting heavily any of those 3 days though, i was mainly doing reps of 155 close medium and wide grip along with shoulder lifts

i understand what you're saying though
