I was curious about this. At the moment I'm in a contest prep so my calories are restricted. That's fine but I run into a problem while I'm working. there's a 6 hour gap where I can't eat and I feel like death lol. I have all my meals set so I was wondering if tossing some BCAA's during that time gap would be a good plan. water/ fluids are allowed on site. Just no food. unfortunately...
