O/T Advice on an ex....

I am flaming pissed off and wanting some advice.

My Ex-Wife is the registrar at a local College and has decided she would go on Facebook and contact my fiance and everyone of her friends. She says she is trying to do the right thing and help her get away from me because I will probably cheat on her etc... They tell this crazy bitch to go away and she contacts them again and says she thinks they need to talk to my fiance and tell her to leave me. She does all this while at work and continues to do it all day every dday for a couple weeks now. I think I am going to call her school and losge a formal complaint for harrassment and maybe get her internet usage evaluated. Should I do this and contact my attorney to file something as well? This is fucking ridiculous.

I would contact her employer for sure, but I would talk to a lawyer first....

nip this problem now before she does it again and again...

a threatening letter from a lawyer usually shuts people up... especially if its from one of the people she's emailing (not yourself)

Talk to a lawyer. Marriage is a contractual relationship. Your ex's conduct could be grounds for filing a lawsuit for intentional interference with a prospective contractual relationship. You should also ask your attorney to seek an injunction prohibiting your ex from saying anything disparaging about you to anyone.

I would like to take it one step further and add the college into this since she is doing it from work, on their dime, from their computer and with her work email.

Keep copies of all documentations and record and mark down everything. Then go file a harrasment restraning order against her. Next time she gets arested. I had to do this to an ex employee, it worked.

I doubt the school would be happy she is on face book so much on work computer, let them know and that might take care of some of it but i would contact my lawyer

KEEP YOUR COOL! MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE! I had a shit load of trouble from former in-laws. Accusations that could have cost me my career and kids. The only thing that kept me losing all was being cool headed and professional...while my lawyer dealed with all the shit. Keep us posted bro.
