Muscles are important agree, but even more the skin that covers those muscles.
Ever since kindergarten I've been struggling with constantly red cheeks,
most likely stemming from keratine buildup. After my cycle last year, my delts and arms also got covered with nasty spots - keratosis pilaris.
Tried several products; tazorac (retenoid), glycolic acid, aha and microdermabrasion.
Ordred a cream containing 20% azelaic acid, couple of months ago. Applied it everynight to my arms and face.. results were extremely satisfying.. spots almost disappeared instantly from arms and my face looked much better.
You probably wondered why I did'nt post this earlier: I usually walk around with a five day beard LOL, decided to shave down yesterday...I almost can't recognize
my own skin, my sister stated that my face look 10 x better.. you get the deal..
So if you are same boat as I were , look up AA
And no, I'm not selling or do not have any investment in this product. Just want to help out, cuz I know how much red/uneven skin suck
Peace
