O/T Ground Breaking

I just thought I'd share this as I've talked to many of you before and had a thread about it. I was informed that the ground breaking for the sports complex that I will be a part of is suppossed to happen in mid to late April. Kind of happy about that. Now I really have to get my ass in gear and start getting my part done.

I feel like a fool. I don't like to talk about big plans or ideas in my life as I tend to think that I'll jinx myself and that maybe the case here. I've done so much leg work on this and something just doesn't feel right with the situation. The guy that I'm doing this with is giving one of my old roomates a different story than what he's giving me. That is really starting to aggrevate me as I'm not sure how to approach it other than to try and find away to get all 3 of us in the same place for lunch or something and ask questions.
Told me that the epa is holding us up, but told my old roomate that we have a go for April and that's where this thread came from. It's possible for some miss communication but I don't think so as I have one of those feelings. The part that confuses me is I've seen three different checks for over 500,000 a piece. I really don't think he'd make a fake check to show me

and there would be no other reason for his other business to have checks that big. Maybe I want this soo bad that I'm making something out of nothing. But stories just don't match up.
