O/T prescription for flexeril and hemhoroids

I was recently in a car wreck and had a little back pain associated with muscle spasms. My doctor prescribed flexeril and some vicodins. Saw a chiropracter and after 1 admustment the pain was gone and back to normal....I guess that they really aren't quacks Anyway, PHUCK FLEXERIL and VICODIN....a side effect is constipation! If you eat like me that can turn into a real bad problem. I usually shit about 3 times a day and didn't shit for about a day and a half. I woke up the next morning and felt a log that needed droppping....horrayyy!!! So off to the shitter.....
Well....I sat there and started to push and felt like my ass was about to rip in two so I stopped, it sucked back up, and I thought about what was about to happen.
I decided to just "man-up" and shit that fucking turd out. I grabbed the toilet seat with both hands, pushed like a mutha, and held on for dear life. The next 20 seconds was absolutely excrutiating!!!! I shit a compacted log about the size of a can of OFF! one of those cans that says "33% more for free" on the side. I felt as if my ass was ripped wide open but got away with just about a foot long hemhoroid....no really not a foot long but that what it felt like. thank GOD for preparation-H

Moral of the story, take some form of stool softener if you are ever taking muscle relaxers or hydrocodone.

wasnt the flexiral, pretty sure,, yes...always take a stool softner with narcotic....alway....happens fast!!

lol you should see some hospital patients who are on some pretty hardcore narcotics and either lay in bed or sit in a chair most of the day-Mag. Citrate, milk of mag, etc. are their best friend.

You may need to see a doctor,,,hopefully you dont have a fissure. I would also be sure to take 30-40g of fiber daily.
