I eat my oats ccold soaked in water overnight. Then add protein powder and nut butter. My favorite is oats, birthday cake protein powder and nuts n more salted toffee mixed in. a version of refrigerator oatmeal
I have used ground flax and Chia on my veggie shakes, Def a good power foodOats + vanilla protein powder + blueberries + ground flax and chia seeds = heaven.
