Yes but,

I've read that the phytic acid in oatmeal causes tooth decay: https://www.davidwolfe.com/reverse-cavities-heal-tooth-decay-diet/ also I learned this because I loved my steel cut oats, as did my girl; but I noticed that the bottoms of my 2 front teeth were getting jagged, so I asked the dentist, he asked if I ate a lot of oatmeal... So I did some research... (I'm not trying to piss in your cereal, just more info never hurt anyone, just in case any of you notice tooth decay, you'll have an idea of what it might be contributing to it)

Recently watched a Matt porter video where he says he prefers oat bran over oat meal. Anyone prefer oat bran ?

I bought this for the first time recently and I absolutely do. Enjoyed eating it whereas I did everything possible with oatmeal and just couldn't make it work. I also seem to digest oat bran better than oatmeal. No bloat or gas.

I prepare it the same way John Meadows does his Cream of Rice Concoction Bowl; with the almond butter and I add pumpkin spice. Love the smoother texture.

Here is a bad ass delicious anytime meal.
1 packet of hi protein banana flavored oatmeal
1 1/2 cups water with
1-2tbsp crunchy pnut btr
Microwave for 3:45
Add some butterscotch no sugar added pudding for flavor, with 40 grams vanilla protein powder, add frozen blueberries. Let sit for 5-10 min.
GREAT MEAL!!!!
