Steel cut oats or the whole oat (not pressed) ground in a coffee grinder and cooked. Chewing is optional..

Does any of you guys eat oatmeal 1h before your workouts?
Don't know if it's the oats but I get sleepy when I'm about to hit the gym.
Really made me think twice about using oats. As well as other grains. Perhaps steel cut would be better.
I believe he said that yogurt helps break down the toxins.
I love oats and protein pre and post workout. It's hard to get enough fast digestible carbs for me and they help a butt load
