So as I wait for the time budget allows i want to set up a high/low pulley system I can clip onto my dip/pullup station. I have ideas on how to secure it to the station but can anyone recommend a specific single wheel pulley that can handle up to 200 lbs and has a single attachment point that doesnt require being bolted down?
I was thinking similar to a block and tackle but would like recommendations if anyone did something like this before.
