Off to Vegas!

Well, i'm off to Vegas for the USA's. I'll do my best to give updates on what is happening with The Gazelle and Lynx. I'm sure Jethro will have his camera blazing again, so i imagine everyone will feel like they are there. I'll also do my best to get pictures of our eating contest after the show

We'll workout at Golds tomorrow, CB!

I am hitting the cardio early tomorrow..then we are getting on the plane and will be in Las Vegas 11:30 or 11:45. I am ready! I had fun last time. Tomorrow is a back day for me..I did a ton of squats yesterday so I wont be doing any heavy rowing stuff...lots of chinups though etc. lol.

Do you know AWN? I know you know Dusty...don't know if they'll be working out or if they'll be there.

Lex is meeting us at the airport. He's a large bastard! lol

Let's let these gals stress out...I want to have some fun lifting!

You do pullups?? I didn't know that you could lift a head like that off the ground repeatedly

Sounds like a plan, though. I already told P that i wanted to train while she was doing photoshoots. The eating is on for sure. I will be hungry.

Just talked with Jethro. He wants to hit the pool later. Told me that if i don't come, he'll be stuck with all the women hanging on him

The show is looking huge. Over 50 girls in each of the C and D classes. Not sure how the other classes break down. Lynx will be in D class, and the Gazelle will be in E class.

Ah, yes....the women at the pool. Older grandmothers will be hanging out with me. Those are the ladies I pull!

Tell Galloping G. I think those stairs and "Eye of the Tiger" did the trick..much more separated. The girls are spot on, now it's up to the judges to wade through more than 200 competitors..Ugh!

Meredith came in last night and said there are a ton of in-shape, beautiful women down there!
