what do you feel is the best oil for cooking that has less breakdown due to heat?

I prefer macadamia nut oil, I use to use olive but made the switch and man what a taste difference. I love the flavor in just about everything.

I also use coconut oil...

what are your thoughts and why?

Using coconut also.just wander if there is any truth to the if it's hard at room temp then what's it do in the arteries that the old timers use to sy about Crisco

I think its unanimous with coconut oil haha

I use coconut for fish. Olive oil for beef. Grape seed oil for veggies. Homemade butter for pancakes bread ect. I try to match my oil choice with flavor of food I am cooking

I love grass fed butter and macadamia nut oil.

Grapeseed oil is lighter than olive oil, has a lighter more neutral flavor, and has a higher scorching point. It also had a higher content of polyunsaturated fat, omega 6, and vitamin E than olive oil.

Dont you think grapeseed oil should be a part of your balanced diet?

Sorry, had to make even more commercial like. Great for gear too.

Grass fed butter tastes like some real grass butter mmmm.

I've been using coconut oil. Seems to be working great.

I use any of the following depending on what I am cooking:

Olive Oil
Canola Oil
Coconut Oil
Grapeseed Oil

I'd use macademia if it was cheaper and more accessible.
