old school creatine monohydrate

does anyone remember about ten years ago, gnc sold those packets of creatine that was 10 grams wrapped in single serving packets? you could fit all of the contents in 1 capsule if needed, but i would just put it in grape juice and drink it.

i am yet to find it anywhere since then. GNC discontinued it for some reason.

it was the best creatine i ever took and you didnt have to take 1000's of pills or drink a liter of shit.

oh and the powdered creatine thats out now makes me throw up so its out of the question.

the kre-alk is 15 pills a day. 2 caps is only 1.5g. it says take 2 caps a day. i tried 4 caps per day and it did nothing.

this creatine im talking about was more affective for me than dbol (as far as strength and ''perma-pumps''

i think it was extremely concentrated powder, but more like fine grain sand.
wish i could find another company selling it.

hmmm. I agree that good ole creatine mono does a lot better job for me as well. Have you maybe tried to find it on ebay? haha you never know, if you do stumble across it let me know.

Have you tried Di-Creatine Malate? It kinda tastes like a really sour apple (due to malic acid). But I throw it in some crystal light apple juice or just throw back 3-5 grams and chase it with crystal light... That stuff actually works better for me than the monohydrate.

hey mui thai, how much of that powder is each serving? the stuff i was referring to was about half a teaspoon per serving. (10 grams!)
