Inspiration....

Vince has always been good for the world of bb'. He started out late, sort of like Albert Beckles, but made his mark as a great competitive pro. Still looking good at 50. I remember him guest posing in the early 90's off of the that same song, and a similar posing routine.

42, and still kicking. Beckles biceps were amazing and that wasn't synthol.
There is still hope for us dude, I just did a show a few months ago and I decided to do open instead of over 40, and I still came in 3rd amongst some stiff competition and junior individuals.
