So I got her clen and T3 and she wants to start this weekend . Figured I would start her at 20 mcg of each and slowly increase but for how long . I have read several differant opinions on what cycles to do . There is 6 weeks on increasing mcg's each week , then there is 4 weeks on increasing each week , then I read another that said 2 weeks on 1 week off, and so on . So I would like your opinions on what you think would work best . She is in the gym alot doing weights 3-4 days per week and cardio 6 days . Thanks for any feedback ....
