Opinions on clen/T3 cycle for my wife

So I got her clen and T3 and she wants to start this weekend . Figured I would start her at 20 mcg of each and slowly increase but for how long . I have read several differant opinions on what cycles to do . There is 6 weeks on increasing mcg's each week , then there is 4 weeks on increasing each week , then I read another that said 2 weeks on 1 week off, and so on . So I would like your opinions on what you think would work best . She is in the gym alot doing weights 3-4 days per week and cardio 6 days . Thanks for any feedback ....
 
Run the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.and the T3 for 5 weeks,then come off for 2 weeks.You don't want your body to get used to the tablets and rely on them.Clen doses 20 mcg to 120mcg per day,start low and work your way up.T3 50 to 100 mcg a day.

Until she understands that being fit, trim, and healthy is a lifestyle, no amount of stimulants or drugs will help long term as she will gain it all back.

Good Post! I am lean at 48, and I am getting that from a good clean diet.
 
She is pretty good with her diet , actually weighs her food . She is starting the cycle with a 1500 calorie diet and wants to work it down to 1100-1200

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I really think she should exhaust all her options with diet and training before running either of those. I think she will do just fine with her diet and training and does not need the drugs. put them away for a rainy day or when the plateau strikes. Drugs are not the easy fix here and can lead to health issues.
 
If she is doing that much cardio and weight training 4 days a week, I would say its the deit. If her deit is in order, post if you want. I would advice she have her thyroid levels tested. I think It would not be a good idea to run clen and T3 like you said. Both have there side effects and are each very dangerous in there own right. I would say maybe she reads up on this before she takes anything. Anyway clen and T3 for 6 weeks.

Week 1 : 12.5mcg T3 ED, 20mcg Clen ED.
Week 2 : 25mcg T3 ED, 40mcg Clen ED.
Week 3 : 50mcg T3 ED, 60mcg Clen ED.
Week 4 : 50mcg T3 ED, 60mcg Clen ED.
Week 5 : 25mcg T3 ED, 40mcg Clen ED.
Week 6 : 12.5mcg T3 ED, 20mcg Clen ED.
 
Just my opinion, but if she's training like your post states and her diet is clean, she's well on her way to great results. Just make sure her diet is as solid as her training schedule and she won't need the clen and t-3. Those should be a last resort or a way to help boos results for a competition.
