Optimal dosage for B 12

Just wondering what optimal dose for inj. B12, for a hard training BB would be. I know what a usual dose is but have you guys come up with an optimal dose to see benefits?
ALso Big A is there a big difference in this and Synthetek's prod. that has B12 in it? Thanks.

It depends which B12 you have. Cyanacobalamin has to be injected daily. Hydroxycobalamin can be injected weekly or bi weekly. Generally, you want 1,000mcg in your blood, so if you have cyanacobalamin then you should inject 1,000mcg/day. If you have hydroxycobalamin, then 1,000mcg/week.
The Synthetek product, Synthelamin is a stack of cyanacobalamin and hydroxycobalamin - it's the sustanon equivalent in B12's. Plus it's 2,000mcg/ml - at least double the strength of any other inj b12 out there.

I likt to use it every couple of days (1ml SQ) as I like the 'kick' from the cyanacobalamin. The hydroxycobalamin (I wish there was abreviations for these ) just keeps a constant high B12 level in the blood.

It's one of those things that if you take too much, it will just be pissed out, so it won't hurt at all if you take more.

NEVER heard of any that strong. Most vet inj B12's are 500mcg or 1,000mcg. Synthelamin was the only one that I knew off of being 2,000mcg.

I didn't know you could do it that way Big A?? That will make it easier while on my thousands of other shots while bulking.LOL

Def you can do SQ. Just 1ml per site cause then you get a lump cause it would be too much volume for a SQ shot.

I would love to try it buddy. I will be ordering shortly. My appetite comes and goes while bulking so this would be a good item for me.
