I got this great yogurt at work,its from stonyfield,it is very thick and the one i tried it was plain,when i check the nutrition facts i was surprise for the higher protein,low sodium and low carb compare to regular plain yogurt,regular yogurt is 12 g of protein per cup and 18 g of carbs while the greek yogurt is 22g of protein and only 9 g of carbs,here is the link so you can check,this can be a good snack for anybody looking for high protein.
