OT: help, friend busted in sting operation

I’d like to humbly offer two thoughts..1- I’m truly honored to be affiliated with a group of people whose collective conscience is so spot on. In this day and age it’s a rare find. 2- situations like this is what they make ’s for

A friend of mine was messaging an undercover cop who claimed to be 14-15, he went to meet her, was arrested. It was for sex, was a sting. I don't know where he met her, must be social media. He's in jail now til his court date on Friday. Everyone is shocked by this, embarrassed

On a scale of 1-10, how fucked is he?
Is it worth getting a really good lawyer? Just need to know what to do.

I'm not gonna lie folks, I think what he did is absolutely wrong, but it's not as horrible as rape and since sex didn't happen, doesn't deserve to be a sex offender forever, definitely deserves some time to get a wakeup call

Why would you want to help this pedophile? That friendship would be over if I were his friend. Where do you draw the line on what vile acts someone can do and still remain your friend, that you would try to help out when caught?

Let's keep in mind that the OP of this thread has made one comment devoid of intelligence after another for a long, long time. Perhaps it's unfortunate there is no rule against stupidity here on ProMuscle. Note also OP posted this in the main forum and it was moved here. Nothing like training, dieting, and PEDs discussion with a side of pedophilia, right?
