OT Help with some remodeling

can anyone of u suggest any color choices for the exterior of this home.I really hate the color of the roof but it has to stay cause its fairly new.i have been back on forth on the color.i will put up a better quality pic tomorrow.any help would be great.thanks

You can put solar panels across the roof... Then you wont have to worry about the color, and youll be the cool guy on the street

thats wild, I do remodeling and roofing but have never seen that color offered on shingles, it's kinda cool......... Didn't you just buy a house in Texas last year bro? I think I remember a thread last year about another house you had just purchased. Anyway I can't help ya with the color but maybe white or something lighter would work with that roof. .....Wait isn;t that a stone exterior(siding) ? Why paint that ?

I'm a remodeling contractor....Like Thor said, don't paint the stone it won't look good....As for the roof, see how many layers of shingles it has and you may be able to go right over it with another layer which won't cost you too much(assuming that meets local codes where you are....I'm in California).

i should have mentioned that im not painting the stone ,just pressure washing it, i was just asking about the trim.if the roof was a shade of tan then it would be easy to choice a color.i will put up a better color today.

Launch into siding and you can pick your roof colors, trim colors, etc.

Also, some of the lighter colored roofs qualify for the energy tax credit if you can do a roof over.
