OT: XBOX 360 Cheap?

My son moved ours to his bedroom and I'm having Madden withdrawl. I'm trying to find me another good used one but the one's on ebay almost all have the 'red rings' of death. I've been checking around and $199 looks like the cheapest I can get and I really dont want to spend that for another one. You guys got any leads on any good used, reburshised or even cheap new ones can be located?
