OTC estrogen blocker

Hello everyone,

I have a show in a few weeks and I am looking for a quality OTC anti e to help block any excess estrogen and also to help dry me out alittle. All feedback appreciated.

femara/ arimidex are sold here and they are easy to get if u need some

it's not OTC but works damn good ...

nicotene gum has worked for me in the past, not great, but it was pretty good.

Saw palmetto-prett good product too, I didnt really see much as far as "drying out," but some people may have.

How do you use it to get the anti-e effect? (how much do you chew a day? how many weeks before contest - if that's the reason you're using it?)

Formestane is a great on cycle anti-e. Use a transdermal, like e-form. Look it up.

I just used the nicotene gum, when I didnt have enough pct anti-e's, I would have like 3-4 peices a day.

You should use Saw Palmetto according to the directions label, it has been a while since I have used it.

If you compare pricing you will find you can get ARIMIDEX, LETROZOLE, AROMASIN for cheaper than an OTC product that most likely doesnt work a 1/3rd as well.
