So I figure everyone does overhead pressing, but i've started doing the TJ2 and I use to follow more of a west side philosophy and I didn't focus on over head pressing as much. Anyway I know overhead pressing isnt a competition lift, but there is something raw about it to me.
So my question is do you guys do it how hard and do you do it standing or seated. I was thinking about doing it standing for my main lift because it isnt a competition lift and I think it would be cool to just be able to press heavy over my head while i'm standing. I also think that it will still transfer over to my bench anyways regardless of being seated or standing.
