M2M you look pretty good in your pics, nice work. Cramping sucks but especially the abs. I get them frequently in feet and calves while laying, seems like I've read somewhere that's not good.
We've been hit pretty hard with heat and humidity the last week and I had one day that I basically felt ill the entire day because of it. I always add Gatorade or powerade just to replace what I'm sweating out and I don't sweat much at all. Water is great but I think we need to keep a good balance of electrolytes.
Also I don't think that post was intended to be an attack on your training methods but an opinion, obviously what you do is working for you. I personally am not a fan of crunches myself but only because I have a herniated disc but high at c6, so it just isn't comfortable for me but whatever works.
