M2M you look pretty good in your pics, nice work. Cramping sucks but especially the abs. I get them frequently in feet and calves while laying, seems like I've read somewhere that's not good.

We've been hit pretty hard with heat and humidity the last week and I had one day that I basically felt ill the entire day because of it. I always add Gatorade or powerade just to replace what I'm sweating out and I don't sweat much at all. Water is great but I think we need to keep a good balance of electrolytes.

Also I don't think that post was intended to be an attack on your training methods but an opinion, obviously what you do is working for you. I personally am not a fan of crunches myself but only because I have a herniated disc but high at c6, so it just isn't comfortable for me but whatever works.

I'm sorry about your disc issue, I hope you've been able to adapt to it and/or train around it successfully. And I agree with the idea that "whatever works" for different people as I've seen it in progress in myself and in clients as well. In addition, my ab routine incorporates several different movements including rope crunches and weather or not that post was an intended or unintended attack that person has to be much more careful in the way he phrases or explains things because nobody, especially someone who wasn't asking, wants to hear about there mistakes and what they are doing wrong especially from a stranger.
