Pct and jail time?

I know chem 1 is a reseach company but has anyone ever had legal issues from reciving chem 1 products through in the mail? I thought that there shouldnt be any worries cause their products are not scheduled(too my knowlege).
They are probobly the best for pct i would assume? Or do you guys have diffrent opinions?
