This goes along with my Peanut Butter Fluff recipe. Both of these are low carb and great for adding in the calories. Here's the recipe for Peanut Butter Milk.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4.5 tbsp natural peanut butter
3 scoops chocolate protein
Add water to desired consistency and blend
I use Dymatize ISO-100 protein for this as it is pretty sweet. Adding Splenda or other sweetner to the shake if it's too bland with other proteins may help.
It's a lot of calories so cutting the recipe in half or fouths may help some. There is no lactose because of the cream, but it tastes just like milk and PB.
