pec and tricep stretches

Some guys were asking to see how I stretch pecs and triceps so here are some videos from today.

My parnter doing the pec stretch (I do it very similar, but hold the bells a bit closer to my body):

tricep stretch (note my feet aren't touching the ground) this one stretches the shoulders nicely as well. try to tuck your elbows and point them towards the ceiling.

The paralel bar dip stretch gives me hell of a chest stretch, your chest must be realy sore after doing two stretches that hit chest that much . I don´t know if it makes sense but I always felt that doing the paralel bar dip stretch with a heavy dumbell could increase your flexibility to the point of preventing pec tears...
 
I must add that my lats grew two inches just from seing your partner training... NASTY SET!
 
I like your idea for tri stretching. I always try to do the overhead extension version but its hard to get the right feel. haha everytime I would do a pec stretch similar to yours but flat bench people would ask me if I needed a spot or probly looked at me wierd. :D

Very nice Shelby! I'm on my way to the gym right now and I am going to try that dip stretch out.

Great work on those shoulder presses! On a few of those reps I thought for sure you were done because the weight basically stopped and even started dropping, but you grinded it up. Do you find limited the range of motion at the top with overheads is easier on your shoulder? That seems like a good idea as opposed to locking it out. I may have to try that as well.

More awesome videos bro. Does that stretch for the chest irratate your pec at all? I believe you said you had a pec injury in the past. I had a very bad strain of my pec minor and id be a little scared to try that myself.

For shoulder press, i noticed you dont push the handles up as I do. Do you feel the ROM you demonstrated is the optimal ROM for delt exercises as far as growth and not causing the potential for injury?

Just machines. I have trouble stabilizing free weights with my pec and shoulder issues.

I limit the ROM to just the "sweet spot" where it's primarily delts doing the work. Any higher recruits the triceps a lot, and also bugs my shoulders.

The chest stretch doesn't bother my pecs as long as I keep the bells close to my body. If I open up into it too much, my pec rupture might become a pec tear.
